Beautiful oil on stretched canvas

I spotted this from a distance and couldn’t get to it fast enough. One of the loveliest vintage oils I’ve had , and it’s of tulips ! It’s stretched canvas on board and is signed and dated. The canvas is coming away from the board in places but it could be stuck back if wanted ( I wouldn’t). Lovely to prop on a shelf or side table .
