French enamel Allumettes ( match) box

These are so cute, originally they’d have been next to a range/ cooker to keep the matches dry, now they are a quirky addition to any kitchen or next to a fireplace. This one can be wall hung or popped on a shelf and is in blue and white mottled enamel. In good vintage condition with just a little bit of rust commensurate with age
