Antique French bell

This is charming , an old bell that was probably used by a goat/ cow herder to locate his/ her animals. It is numbered 9 and has a charming ring . Finished with a vintage ribbon it would be lovely hung from a door handle or on a shelf .. or at Christmas in the centre of a wreath or by the fireplace.
