Rare white French enamelled spittoon

I always buy these enamelled spittoons when I see them.. especially if they’re white which is much rarer . They make the most brilliant display pieces-,filled with soap, lavender, shells or even as a candle stand maybe with some greenery or Christmas decorations . This one has a lovely timeworn finish and has all it’s scallops intact . .
